Fine Print Construction, an MBE-certified company, has been in business since 2018. However, our team of professionals has provided construction services for over 25 years. Our construction staff is handpicked based on their achievements in leading some of the most complex projects in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area.
PRE CONSTRUCTION
We’re committed to being your partner from the start—for us the entire construction process begins even before you sign on the dotted line. Our deep understanding of pre-construction is our most valuable asset to your team. When we’re at the table, we can offer you valuable insights into your project.
Our 25+ years of experience allows us to foresee problems before they occur. For you, the pre construction phase is the most critical when considering budgeting, logistics, and permitting issues. We ensure that you have a full understanding of the entire project, we manage expectations, and deliver your project on time and within your budget.
CONSTRUCTION
Fine Print Construction offers comprehensive construction management services for all types and sizes of projects. Although our work is complex, our approach is simple: we will coordinate, supervise, and execute the construction work to assure that the project is completed safely, within the budget and schedule requirements, and at the quality documented during the pre-construction/design stage.
POST CONSTRUCTION
Much like the pre-construction and construction phases, there is no definitive line that separates construction from post-construction. On the contrary, Fine Print often begins the post-construction processes on portions of a building while other areas are still undergoing construction.
